Vibrations that affect the quality of ultra-precision machining of the key factors, spring-loaded double-sided polishing machine during polishing of the grinding plate vibration phenomena seriously hampered the accuracy of product processing. To solve this problem, a mini flap disc spring-loaded device in the MR damper added method by controlling the magnetorheological damper damping to achieve the double-sided polishing and grinding disc on a semi-active control of vibration in order to achieve vibration suppression effect. First, the improved pressure loading system for non woven flap wheel mathematical modeling, has been on the polishing process grinding plate equations of motion; Then, the semi-active control of the control strategy designed to get its control algorithm; Finally, in Simulink in semi-active control strategy for the system simulation analysis, and simulation results with and without control system simulation results were compared and analyzed. Comparative analysis showed that the design of semi-active control method can effectively inhibit the quick change disc double-sided polishing machine grinding plate vibration phenomena.
